The  express lane to calorie-burning cardio fitness. The jumpboard is a padded plate that replaces the foot bar on the reformer and provides an excellent and non-weight bearing method to increase heart rate.


Since you are “jumping” while lying down, it's low impact, protecting  your knees and back from the jarring impact of landing.


This class will have your heart rate up and legs burning 🔥

Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their technique, our foundation class is designed to build confidence, control, and core strength. You'll learn the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates, including proper alignment, breathing techniques, and how to safely use the Reformer machine.

This slower-paced, supportive class focuses on form, functional movement, and mind-body connection.

While it's ideal for those new to Pilates or returning to movement, experienced clients are also welcome—our instructors can offer layered progressions and heavier spring options to keep things challenging.
