By purchasing a class pack, membership, or attending classes at The Pilates Crowd (TPC), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Class Packs
• Class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• 5 and 10 class packs expire after 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Classes must be used within the expiry period. Extensions are not guaranteed.

2. Booking Classes
• All classes must be booked through our online booking system.
• Spaces in classes are limited and bookings are first come, first served.

3. Class Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access to classes and respect for all members, The Pilates Crowd has a strict cancellation policy.
By booking a class you agree to the following:
How to Cancel
• All cancellations must be made through our online booking system.
• Cancellations via phone, email, text, or social media cannot be accepted.
Cancellation Timeframes & Fees
Early Cancellation – No Fee
• Cancellations made 6 hours or more before the scheduled class will have the session credited back to your account.
Late Cancellation – $10 Fee
• Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class start time will result in the class being forfeited and a $10 late cancellation fee.
No Show – $10 Fee
• If you fail to attend a booked class without cancelling, the class will be forfeited and a $10 no-show fee will apply.
This policy also applies to clients who are added into a class via the waitlist.

4. Waitlist Policy
• If a space becomes available, clients on the waitlist may be automatically added to the class.
• Once added to the class, the standard cancellation policy applies.
We recommend checking your booking notifications regularly.

5. Membership Pauses
Memberships may be paused under the following conditions:
• Members may pause their membership once for up to 2 weeks within a 6-month period.
• A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to process a pause request.
• Pause requests must be submitted via email before the requested pause period begins.
• Backdated pauses will not be approved.
• Short-term pauses for occasional missed weeks are not available.
If you feel you may need frequent breaks from classes, a class pack may be a more suitable option.

6. Membership Changes & Cancellations
• Membership cancellations require 2 weeks written notice via email.
• Memberships remain active and payments will continue during the notice period.

7. Studio Etiquette
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all members:
• Please arrive 5 minutes before class.
• Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class for safety reasons.
• Grip socks must be worn during all classes for safety and hygiene.
• Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if required.

8. Health & Safety
By attending classes at The Pilates Crowd you acknowledge that:
• You are medically able to participate in exercise.
• Exercise can be physically demanding and participation is at your own risk.
• The Pilates Crowd instructors are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice or diagnosis.
• If you have injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, you must inform your instructor before class.

9. Liability
By attending classes at The Pilates Crowd you agree that:
• You participate in all activities at your own risk.
• The Pilates Crowd, its owners, instructors, and staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in classes or use of studio facilities.

10. Payments
• Membership payments are processed via direct debit through our payment provider.
• By purchasing a membership you authorise the nominated payment provider to debit your nominated account for all fees due.
